This class uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to strengthen and tone, improve posture and balance. Backed by high energy music, kickboxing incorporates kicks, punches, elbows and knees. Add in martial arts and boxing along with athletic drills to get a workout burning fat, releasing stress and having fun! Appropriate for students of all levels as modifications and embellishments will be offered by the instructor as needed.

Cycling is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bike. As you pedal, motivating music plays and the instructor may have you visualize an outdoor ride: "You're going up a long hill now, you can't see the top yet.…" During the class you vary your pace -- sometimes pedaling as fast as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedaling slowly from a standing position. This helps you to focus inwardly and work on your mind as well as your body. Appropriate for students of all levels as each student controls their own bike. For the 6 A.M. and 6:30 A.M. classes, please be sure to reserve a bike. If no bikes are reserved by 9 P.M. on the previous night, these classes will be cancelled.
