Yoga

A fluid flow of the body, with attention to breathing. Excellent for developing grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, muscular strength and stress reduction. Appropriate for students of all levels as modifications and embellishments will be offered by the instructor as needed.

Pilates

Geared toward improving mental and physical well being by increasing flexibility, and strengthening core muscles. This class uses controlled movements in the form of mat exercises to strengthen and tone, improve posture and balance. Appropriate for students of all levels as modifications and embellishments will be offered by the instructor as needed.

Kickboxing

Backed by high energy music, kickboxing incorporates kicks, punches, elbows and knees. Add in martial arts and boxing along with athletic drills to get a workout burning fat, releasing stress and having fun! Appropriate for students of all levels as modifications and embellishments will be offered by the instructor as needed.
